We need to deal with different thing everyday. By the time we walk out of our houses we are already face to face with a lot of things. When we get to work we have to deal with cramped elevators, swamped desks, moody bosses and clients and of course we also have to deal with irritating officemates. A certain degree of stress is the result of all these combined. We are always tensed and uptight for the most part of the day. All throughout the day we have to face reality. A guided meditation is a form of meditation wherein your mind is taken to a journey, a journey to place where you can relax, contemplate and reflect. A script that is written especially for meditating is usually read during a guided meditation. The script can either be read by someone or you can always play a CD for guided meditation. The aim of guided meditation is for you to let go of any conscious thoughts and let your subconscious take over and follow what is being said.
